H1V PV pumps are specifically designed to pump and measure polyurethane components (polyoils and isocyanates) in the 1-2000 cSt viscosity range. The high repeatability of delivery and metering accuracy make the H1V PV pump suitable for injection systems. The choice of materials and seals is designed to significantly extend the life of the pump compared to other solutions currently used on these types of machines. The pump is designed to provide an external flushing circuit on the shaft seal to extend its service life; There is no optimal direction for the rinse solution. The direction shown in the user's manual is purely an indication. Pumps are not equipped with any hand wheels and must be requested separately. H1V PV pumps allow higher casing pressure to be achieved compared to standard pumps. All units were tested using ISO VG 46 mineral oil.
